THE RELEASE

How this promo reached collectors

Kangaskhan (SWSH038) is listed as a Darkness Ablaze prerelease card in the independent checklist. The live TCGdex record confirms the English base identity. Retailers in the Prerelease Program were permitted to sell Build & Battle boxes from August 1, 2020 (official prerelease events remained on hold during the COVID-19 pandemic); not a verified staff handout date.
