How this promo reached collectors
Sparkling Crystal 129/131 is an expansion-numbered card from Prismatic Evolutions. This page documents the Print with "Play! Pokémon" stamp distributed via Play! Pokémon Prize Pack Series Eight exclusive. It carries the regular Prismatic Evolutions set number and symbol, not a Black Star promo number.
