How this promo reached collectors
Town Store 196/197 is an expansion-numbered card from Obsidian Flames. This page documents the Print with "Play! Pokémon" stamp distributed via Play! Pokémon Prize Pack Series Six exclusive. It carries the regular Obsidian Flames set number and symbol, not a Black Star promo number.
