THE RELEASE
How this promo reached collectors
Dragonair δ (28/101) is listed as the English prerelease promo for EX Dragon Frontiers. The PRERELEASE-stamped print is the catalog subject, not an unstamped base card. Public prerelease events were held in North America on the weekends of October 28-29 and November 4-5, 2006; the date shown is the first weekend start. The exact handout date within the event window is not separately verified.
